The complexity of industrial plants often exceeds the knowledge of individual specialists. The shortage of skilled workers makes technical service even more difficult. The Service-Meister funding project is developing a platform that supports less specialized employees in taking on demanding tasks when repairing industrial plants. The AI-based services provided can predict possible error cases and suggest repair options to the specialists. At the end of the project, the AI services will be accessible and usable for other companies.

Tandems from industrial companies and implementation partners have solved individual service challenges with AI. The results are AI solutions that the project now makes available to third parties. KI im Technischen Service: Lernen, Lehren, Weiterbilden
With our freely available learning offering and specially developed programs, we prepare you, your company and multipliers for the future and for working with artificial intelligence (AI). This includes an e-learning course on the KI-Campus, where they can easily learn about AI applications in the service at their own pace. Through the "Train the Trainer" program, get trained as an AI professional to pass on acquired knowledge to teams in the company. The Open-Source Curriculum can be used by anyone - including educational institutions.
